My Dear! Remember
My Dear! Remember, it is better to not know answers to some questions, how much your mind wants to know. Every time your mind wants to know, just take a deep breath and just observe.
My Dear! Remember, meditate, observe your emotions, go silent, cry, bang your head against wall or hurt yourself physically. no matter what you do, just don't give an attempt to know about them, one small information or one pic of them can push you into the trauma which you have already suffered enough
My Dear! Remember, it pains, whatever you are feeling right now sucks but the trauma, the pain, the tears, the sleepless nights, uncontrollable heart aches and panic attacks are far worst, just remember it is over and how much ever mind wants to know, don't give an attempt to know.
My Dear! Remember, the struggle is real, the pain is real, likewise whatever is happening is also real... Accept it, if you are unable to let go, seek help, whatever you do to come out of it may seem silly to others, but you know how much you longed for them and waited for them... every dream about them woke you up from sleep, every thought about them made you anxious, your prayers remain unanswered.
My Dear! Remember, it is the mind making excuses to enjoy the pain. Yes, it enjoys the pain, it enjoys suffering... IT IS OVER!!!!!!!! Remember this forever!!!
My Dear! Remember, let the scars of emotional pain remind you of the warrior who fought with yourself and survived... let the unhealed wounds remind your suffering so that your decisions in life will be better, let the smudged face be covered with the smile to remind you that you can sail through the hardest winds and strong tides in the ocean of life.
My Dear! Remember, the journey ahead is not going to be easy... Remember it is not going to be tough too.
My Dear! Remember, the suffering ahead is going to be lighter than the suffering you experienced in the past. There will be few tears because most of your tears had dried. There is nothing to lose because you had already lost everything!
My Dear! Remember, every step towards the future is like a jungle full of wild creatures where they hide in the lush green bushes lowering their breath and waiting for a chance to attack... You are walking holding a small fire that can spread light to your next step. Wild animals are memories, lush green bushes are layers of the subconscious mind, fire you are holding is the effort you are making.
My Dear! Remember, you may fail, remember you have accepted the worst and this failure cannot shake you anymore. You may experience pain, suffering... You may start questioning again! Remind yourself that it is over and nothing can be changed!
My Dear! Remember, the time has come to put an end to your enormous suffering! Breathe out and let go... Dont ask how many times, let go as many times as you are falling back.
My Dear! Remember, no book can change till you are not ready for the change.
My Dear! Remember the storms made you a better sailor, the turbulence made you a better pilot, the uneven path made you a better driver.
My Dear! Remember, However, they are, is not going to affect you anymore because you already are numb. Their happiness or sadness or anything about them doesn't make any difference to your life because your life already is a void.
My Dear! Remember, the fire in your hand allows you to take only one step. Accept you can witness darkness around you right now.
My Dear! Remember, don't think about what is there in the darkness! You may find jewelry or you may find more wild creatures.
My Dear! Remember, your struggle with your mind, your unnoticed tears, your emotional scars, your unhealed wounds prepared you to accept anything that lies in the darkness.
My Dear! Remember, these wild creatures in this lush green bushes die, these bushes that sheltered these creatures die, the darkness goes away, these rivers dry up, what you see here will no longer be same.
My Dear! Remember, likewise your emotions, your pain, your suffering, your tears will no longer be same.
My Dear! Remember, a lie can destroy all truths likewise a truth can destroy all lies.
My Dear! Remember, this is not written to bring you out of your pain.
